Our pork is Missouri-born, raised, and harvested from the Midwest Center for Regenerative Agriculture. The hogs are rotationally grazed on diverse pastures and woodlands, supplemented with local produce waste, native nuts, and non-GMO grain for a balanced ration. 

They are unmedicated, unvaccinated, steroid and antibiotic-free.
