Yields around 130 lbs of custom cut pork. 

$5.00 per lb processing weight due the day of harvest. Basic processing fees are included. Smoking, curing, patties and casing is an additional cost.

Our pork is sourced locally from the Midwest Center for Regenerative Agriculture, a 276 acre Audubon Certified Conservation Ranch in Kingsville, Mo. 

The MCRA prioritizes regenerative agriculture methods that build soil health, improve native habitats, and optimize the health and well-being of its animals. 

Our hogs browse on a diversity of plants, roots, and seasonal native fruits and nuts. Then supplemented with local food waste, and non-GMO grains as needed for their optimum wellbeing. Thanks to following nature's way our hogs do not require any vaccinations, steroids, growth hormones, or medications.
