Reserve your half beef NOW for summer harvest. We expect these to sell out quickly due to the high demand. After you reserve your beef, we will walk you through the custom cut sheet, and book an appointment with our processor. An invoice for the remainder of payment according to final weight will be sent, and due within a week after the processing date. Meat will be ready after the hang time of your choice plus freezing time. Usually around 3 weeks after processing date. Delivery or a meet location can be arranged within the KC and surrounding area.
